It’s NOT an aerial silks class. Silks and trapezes share lots in common and are both wonderful workouts! But aerial classes have the slings much higher from the ground. The Yoga Trapeze creates natural traction using your own body weight-the safest and most effective kind. It is great for Strength, flexibility, and balance Must Preregister and Pre-Pay spots are limited

To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours in advance. *Appointment Scheduling *Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. *Scheduling Changes: We reserve the right to modify our schedule as needed for staff training, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. **Cancellation Policy for Massage/Reflexology/Reiki only Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. *Payment Policy Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and most online payment options. Payment at Time of Service: Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
